6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We do not keep your personal information. Your privacy is our priority.

Inscripedia does not store or retain personal information about its users beyond what is strictly necessary for basic platform functionality. We do not sell, share, or archive user data.

All on-chain transactions are handled directly on the Bitcoin network and cannot be reversed. We do not store your private keys or retain payment details. Any information temporarily provided (such as an email for support) is used only for the purpose requested and then deleted.

Our guiding principle is data minimization: if we don’t absolutely need it, we don’t collect it, and if we don’t need to keep it, we delete it. Your privacy and security are built into the foundation of our services.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: Your privacy is protected by design through the use of wallets, pseudonyms, and strict data minimization, combined with technical and organizational safeguards.

Inscripedia does not require personal details such as real names, addresses, or identification numbers to use the platform. Instead, users interact primarily through their Bitcoin wallet and chosen username, which allows activity to remain pseudonymous and private. This wallet-based approach ensures that you control your keys, and we never have access to them.

We also practice anonymization: the little data that may be temporarily collected (for support or communication) is minimal, optional, and deleted when no longer needed. By default, we do not retain personal information, nor do we sell or share it.

In addition, we apply technical and organizational measures to secure the platform against unauthorized access, data leaks, and cyberattacks. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As such, while we take privacy and security extremely seriously, users should always protect their wallets, keep their credentials private, and access our Services in a secure environment.

All on-chain transactions are handled directly on the Bitcoin network and cannot be reversed. We do not store private keys or payment details, reinforcing our commitment to user privacy and security.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You remain in full control of the limited information we may process. You can review, change, or delete your account at any time, and request access to or removal of any data linked to you.

Depending on your region (for example, Canada), you may benefit from specific rights under applicable privacy laws. These rights typically include: (i) requesting access to your information, (ii) asking for corrections or deletion, (iii) limiting or objecting to processing, and (iv) requesting portability of your data where applicable. All requests are handled in compliance with local laws and with our strict privacy-first standards.

Withdrawing your consent: If we process any of your information based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. This does not affect the validity of processing already carried out before your withdrawal.

In practice, because Inscripedia does not collect personal data beyond wallet addresses, usernames, and optional contact details, your privacy rights are simple to exercise: you can always decide to remain pseudonymous, or to request deletion of your account and any associated data.

Account Information

If you would like to review or change your account information, or if you wish to permanently delete your account, you can:

  • Log in to your account settings to update or delete your user account.
  • Email us at support@inscripedia.com to request account deletion or exercise any of your rights.

Once you request termination of your account, we will deactivate or delete it from our active systems. We do not keep personal information longer than necessary. Minimal technical logs may be kept temporarily to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, or comply with legal obligations.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

We do not track users’ browsing activity across third-party websites, so "Do-Not-Track" (DNT) signals are not applicable. Your privacy is respected by default.

10. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this privacy notice. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you an email. Lumiere123 inc.

13. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

We prioritize your privacy and intentionally keep the amount of personal information we store to an absolute minimum. In most cases, we do not hold any personal data beyond what is necessary for account functionality (such as your username or linked wallet address).

If you wish to review, update, or delete information associated with your account, you can do so directly by logging into your account settings or by contacting us at support@inscripedia.com.

Because most interactions on Inscripedia are tied to your Bitcoin wallet and anonymized identifiers, there is very little personal information for us to review or delete. All on-chain transactions are permanently recorded on the Bitcoin network and cannot be altered or reversed.

If you choose to delete your account, we will deactivate or remove any account-level data we control. However, public blockchain data linked to your wallet address will always remain on-chain, outside our control.
